Do you accept refunds on digital products?

No. All digital products (courses, downloads, PDFs, audio, etc.) are final sale and non-refundable. Because these items are instantly delivered, there are no exceptions.

Can I return a Ritual Box?

Yes, Ritual Boxes may be refunded if returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

All products inside are intact, unused, and unopened

The box is returned in its original condition

Once inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

What if my Ritual Box arrives damaged?

If your box or any item inside arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at thepedestalwifesociety.com (Contact Form) or by using the messaging feature on our website. We will gladly assist with a replacement or refund.

Are the Ritual Boxes limited edition?

Yes. Each Ritual Box is seasonal and personally activated by Brielle, meaning once they sell out, they will not return in the same form. Joining the waitlist ensures you are notified before the next release.

How long will it take to receive my Ritual Box?Processing time is generally 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location. You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

Can I gift a Ritual Box or digital product?Absolutely. Both Ritual Boxes and digital products make meaningful gifts. Simply enter the recipient’s details at checkout or forward them their digital access link.
